Understanding Your Genetic Health
Clear, personalized telehealth genetic counseling, wherever you are.
Genetic information can sometimes be confusing or difficult to navigate, especially when you're making decisions for yourself or your family. Whether you were referred by your doctor, received an unexpected genetic test result, are planning a pregnancy, or want to better understand your family history, you don't have to figure it out alone.
GeneticCare360™ connects you with independent licensed genetic counselors who take the time to listen, answer questions clearly, and help you feel informed and supported throughout the process. Genetic counselors in the GeneticCare360™ network are licensed in the states where licensure is required.
What Is Genetic Counseling?
Genetic counseling is a healthcare service that helps individuals and families better understand and navigate genetic information.
Genetic counselors are healthcare professionals with specialized training in medical genetics and counseling.
Genetic counseling can help explain:
-
Questions you may have about genetics or family history
-
How inherited conditions may affect you or your family
-
What genetic testing can—and cannot—tell you
-
Available options and next steps
-
What your genetic test results may mean
⚠️ Important: Genetic counseling is not a diagnosis. It is a conversation designed to help you better understand genetic information and make informed decisions.
When Should You Consider Genetic Counseling?

Are pregnant or planning a pregnancy
-
